Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect nothing. The long version is below, and it says the same thing.
Effective date: May 1, 2026 · Last updated: August 17, 2026
Overview
TaskStat is a practice planning tool for recreational youth soccer coaches. It is developed and maintained by Brimfield Labs, a solo independent developer based in Western Massachusetts.
This Privacy Policy describes how TaskStat handles your information. The answer is straightforward: we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information We Collect
None. TaskStat does not collect any personal data, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or any other information from you or your device.
All data you enter into the app — including practice plans, drill notes, session timing, team names, and coaching notes — is stored exclusively on your device using on-device storage. This data is never transmitted to any server, third-party service, or external system.
Network Requests
TaskStat makes zero network requests. The app does not connect to the internet for any reason — not for telemetry, feature flags, analytics, remote configuration, push notifications, or advertising. You can verify this independently using a network monitoring tool.
Third-Party Services
TaskStat does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, or cloud platforms. No data is shared with any third party.
Account and Authentication
No account is required to use TaskStat. The app does not support sign-in, registration, or any form of authentication. There is no user profile, no email address, and no credentials of any kind.
Children's Privacy
TaskStat is designed for use by individuals. The app does not collect information from children or anyone under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable App Store guidelines.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because all data is stored on your device, you are in complete control. To delete your data, simply delete the app from your device. All associated data is removed at that time. We have no copy of your data and cannot recover it.
Data Security
Because no data leaves your device, there is no transmission to secure and no server-side storage to protect. The security of your practice plans is governed entirely by the security of your own device and its operating system.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date above. Changes will be reflected in the version of this policy published at this URL. Because we collect no contact information, we cannot notify you of changes directly — please check this page periodically.
Any future version of the app that introduces data collection will require a meaningfully updated privacy policy and an App Store update, giving you full visibility into any change in practice.
